Wow, I wish I would've started a blog a lot sooner. Let's see... so much has gone on since or little man has arrived and he has definitely kept us busy, very busy. Let me break it down in a quick time line of the last year to catch up......
April 2010 - Happy Easter! We enjoyed our Easter by having breakfast with my parenst and grandparents then going to Brians Aunt Monica and Uncle Mikes for dinner with the rest of the family! Keegan started swim lessons in April and finished is Cuttle Fish class this month with a perfect report card! He is definitely is a water baby! We went to Gilroy Gardens with his buddies Kendall and Chace, they had a ton of fun!What a busy month trying to get ready for the little man's birthday. I can't believe he is going to be one!
March 2010 - Office remodel is under way. Mr. Busy Body Keegan makes it a little tough to get things done since he wants to be right where all the construction is. But it's starting to look a whole lot better, and we hope to be done soon! Happy Hollow re-opened this month. Keegan rode the merry go round, cars, and Danny the Dragon ride. He played with all the animals in the petting zoo and enjoyed the animals in the big zoo. Keegan started clapping this month and he even took a few steps! He only takes a few steps every once in a while and then sits down...he will be walking in no time. I went to Tahoe with the girls for Nadia's bach party....good times!

February 2010 - Got one of the best Valentines gifts ever! Brian signed Keegan and I up for mommy and me swim lessons! I can't wait to start on 3/22! We had a good Vday just doing things around the house and doing yard work and of course ending the night with a crab leg dinner! Keegan had to have blood drawn......and I thought his shots were bad. And again, I did worse than him. We took Keegan on his first bike ride in his new trailer!
January 2010 - Turning 30 was easier than I expected or maybe it was because I had great friends to spend my birthday up in Strawberry, CA. Had a blast at the cabin! Enjoyed having mine and Brian's parents up there too. And loved hanging out with Keegan and playing in the snow! Perfect birthday! Keegan started a new babysitter cause the other one didn't work out (and that's why I don't trust anyone) this one seems really good though! Keegan started dancing, crawling like a mad man, and got more teeth......oh man he is growing to fast!
December 2009 - Did so much Xmas stuff, Gilroy Garden light show, Xmas in the park, chopped down a xmas tree, decorated, and shopped. Had a good Xmas especially cause we spent it with Keegan! Brian got a new job! A job that he really wanted and it was a long process to get it, which was a good feeling to him once he was official.
November 2009 - Keegan keeps on getting teeth...2 more teeth this month. Had Thanksgiving dinner up at Gma and Gpa Herman's first time I have ever been away from my family for any holiday:( but had a good time at the Herman's playing cornhole and getting our drank on!
October 2009 - Went to cousin Jenna's 3rd birthday party where she had a petting zoo. Keegan loved petting all the animals! An old family friend passed away from cancer Marci Coscerelli, so sad. Just when you think you can't hear of another death cause you had enough.....we find out another friend passed away....R.I.P. Tony. Keegan had fun during Halloween, going to the pumpkin patch, riding the train, and dressing up like baby Elvis! We also went to a wedding on Halloween......loved it! Ryan and Leah had such a great idea to have their wedding on that day and it turned out bad ass! We dressed up as the Flying Elvis' with suits that lit up. There were so many great costumes that night!
September 2009 - Lost a dear friend this month. Robby Sutton will truly be missed! Life is too short. We had our housewarming party this month but things just weren't right after the loss of our friend. However, we did try to enjoy ourselves and appreciate everyone that came over. Miss Scarlet Rae was born on the 22nd!
August 2009 - Marisa and Ryan get married! I was honored to be a part of their big day! It turned out fabulous! Keegan hit a lot of milestones this month, 2 new teeth, rolled over, started daycare, and grabbing things.
July 2009 - Went to bachelor and bachelorette parties and bridal shower for Ryan and Marisa's wedding. Continued admiring our Mr. Man.
June 2009 - I had surgery to have my Gallbladder taken out (thank god!). The attacks were more painful than childbirth. Went to our friends Chrissy and Robby's beautiful wedding at the Roaring Camp Railroad. Keegan's new cousin Ruby Lee was born on the 15th. Brian started a new job at Bath Fitters...which he wasn't thrilled about but times are tough so he took what he could.
May 2009 - Keegan Marshall Herman finally arrived! 5/6/09 4:12 pm 9lbs. 11.3oz. 21.5in. labor was rough but well worth it! We spent most of this month admiring our new son and enjoyed being new parents. Had a lot of visitors and great help from the grandparents!
April 2009 - Don't really remember much except that Keegan was due this month and he didn't want to come out so I was a little uncomfortable all month....and anxious! I spent a lot of time nesting! And we finished his room!
March 2009 - Moved in to our new house! Had a great Baby Shower and had to rush and get the baby room ready!
